Nestled at the base of the Big Horn Mountains, the Bull Creek Esponda Ranch was headquarters to the Esponda Family who were early pioneers and sheep producers in Johnson County. Recently, this Historic Ranch has seen major improvements with 5 new pivots, a new steel corral system and feedlot, covered hydraulic chute with scales, new septic and well systems, elimination of ditches and land leveled, new seeding, and complete remodel of one of the three homes on the ranch. Territorial water rights on Bull Creek Esponda Ranch (8500 gallons per minute or 18.44 CFS) provide an excellent hay base and cattle operation complete with the new corral systems. Two miles of Bull Creek and one mile of Cummins Creek run through the ranch.
