This 1915 brick Colonial Georgian home was built by Victor Voorhees for the olive oil importer John Vittucci. The interior spaces boast elegant finishes, built-in cabinetry and decorative paneling that were typical of fine homes of this period. The architect, Marvin Anderson, was hired to remodel the primary bath and closet as well as to renovate the attic, converting it to the light-filled habitable space. The primary bath touts a vaulted ceiling, a striking stained glass skylight, a large walk-in shower and an elegant claw foot tub.The grand entrance features a magnificent hand hewn oak staircase, created by a local artisan.This four-story home has been meticulously updated with solar power while remaining true to the history of the home.
