Rural Tourism Unit On a plot with more than four and a half hectares, a project was submitted for approval to build a Rural Tourism Unit with 4 stars. Overlooking the beach of Ribeira de Ilhas, in Ericeira, and the sea, this fantastic plot breathes tranquility and harmony with nature, surrounded by green and with the sea blue in perspective. A thousand meters from the beach makes it possible to walk to and from. Ericeira is part of the World Surfing Reserve with three different spots, Ribeira de Ilhas being the most famous and sought after by athletes and fans of the sport, from all over the world. Part of the World Surf League circuit, with an annual reggae festival, Ericeira is a vibrant community of sea lovers. Picturesque fishing village, with a lively nightlife and a dozen kilometers of small coves that form dream beaches. Our project is in its initial phase, and will be submitted to the approval of the Mafra City Council and Turismo de Portugal, with the objective of being only pending payment of the construction permit, which will obviously be at the expenses of the buying client. After the payment is concluded, construction works can begin immediately.
