The house is built on one of the high hills and therefore has a fantastic view over almost the entire island. On both sides of the house there are beautifully maintained gardens at various levels. On the south side there are grapes, different fruit and citrus trees. On the north slope a vegetable garden and olive trees. The house itself is surrounded by flowers and herbs where there are several terraces, both in the sun and shade.

The house (160 sqm) consists of a bright, spacious living room with a traditional kamara (arch vault), kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The living room has also a beautiful view. It is extremely comfortable all year round, because of a central heating system which covers all areas.
