Just 10 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux, close to Bordeaux international airport and the main roads of Bordeaux, our residence offers comfortable flats that will allow you to spend a pleasant stay at the gates of Bordeaux. Practical and comfortable, this studio apartment has been designed to offer you optimal living space and layout. With a surface area of 22m², this flat includes a kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area with a 140 cm double bed and an independent bathroom. You can enjoy free wifi and flat screen TV with TNT in the flat. You will benefit from a free parking space with your accommodation. Pets are allowed with an extra charge to be paid on site. During your stay, you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and buffet breakfast). A weekly cleaning, including a change of linen, is included. Cleaning at the end of your stay is not included. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence. ARRIVAL : The reception is open from 7 am to 10 pm from Monday to Sunday. If you plan to arrive after these hours, please contact the residence to organise your late arrival.
