By car, you can reach the Temis technopole and the Micropolis exhibition and congress centre in 10 minutes, or the Châteaufarine shopping area in 5 minutes. The residence is suitable for both tourist and professional stays. Composed of a living space with double bed (140*200) and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, this studio is 20sqm. It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, hotplates, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook. The apartment is also equipped with a flat screen TV and free wifi access. The residence provides you with a free parking space. Pets are allowed with a supplement to be paid on site. During your stay you can enjoy the hotel services offered by the residence (breakfast and weekly cleaning with change of bedding for 15€). You can arrive at any time you want thanks to a system of access code to the residence. The reception is open until 10pm. If you plan to arrive after this time, please contact the residence to have them provide you with these access codes. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
