The space The house is very cozy and comfortable for 4 people. It can accommodate up to six people, in which case two will sleep on the double sofa bed in the living area. There's a microwave, a small toaster, and a kettle. The main national and local channels are visible on TV and personal devices can be connected with a usb cable. Sheets and linens are provided for a week. An iron and beach umbrella are also available. The rules for using the pool are indicated in the billboard (attached photo) The house is very cozy and comfortable for 4 people. It can also accomodate 6 ones: in this case two will sleep in the double sofa bed in the living area. There is everything you need to cook. There is a microwave oven, a toaster and a Kettle. Swimming pool rules are indicated on the board (see photo). Guest access Guests can park along the waterfront or in the residence's parking lot, which is indicated in the location. Getting around must be either by yourself and even on foot to the nearest seaside location. Guests can park along Via dell'Acqua or in the residence parking, as indicated in the map. You can walk till the nearest beach and drive for other destinations. Other things to note The electric meter is for residential use by 3Kw. Therefore, it is advisable to turn on the lights carefully, following national and international energy saving guidelines. If these directions are not followed and the power goes out , the house has the information to restore it in the house. Also, please read and follow the instructions for using the bathroom and nothing but toilet paper in it.
